Brock Cutler

Brock Cutler received his PhD from the University of California, Irvine, in the environmental history of the colonial Maghrib. He teaches political thought at Concordia University Irvine and is author of the recent article “Imperial Thirst: Water and Colonial Administration in Algeria, 1840–1880” in Review of Middle East Studies (Winter 2010).
